Oct 11, 2014 Can anyone help with this: My Lumia 830 won't connect with Windows Phone app for Mac for syncing. The app tries to connect but eventually reverts to 'connect a phone'. Strangely, if I pull out the USB cable slowly, a connection screen showing the 830 appears briefly. The phone connects to Windows Phone for Windows app OK although it takes ages to get recognised.
